How will I get paid?
Before you can start receiving payments, you'll need to provide us with your business and bank information. Payouts are automatically sent to your bank account on a customizable schedule.
Is there a monthly fee?
There is no monthly fee to use Optyn's e-commerce features. We only charge a per-transaction fee when you receive payments. However, we may offer additional services in the future that may include a monthly fee.
How does it work?
After creating your account, you'll be able to set up your products and prices. Then you can create custom payment links that you can share with your customers. Customers can use these links to make payments.
Is there a limit to how many links I can create?
There is no limit to the number of links, products, or prices you can create. You can even make multiple links for the same product. Make a unique link for each customer, or just have one link for all customers. Whatever works best for you.
Can I use this for my personal, family or household purposes?
Unfortunately, no. You can only use Optyn for business purposes.
What payment methods do you support?
By default, we support payments via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. If you are interested in supporting a specific payment method, please contact us.
